Represent Green Fi at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits to build brand presence in the solar EPC space.<br>Required Experience2–5 years in Solar Sales, EPC Business Development, or MEP/Energy Sales, with a track record of closed deals. Solid working knowledge of solar PV system types (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) and the EPC project lifecycle (site assessment → design handoff → proposal → contract → handover to project team). Proven ability to generate and close B2B deals independently. Comfortable reading basic site data (roof area, shading, load profile) to scope a system before engineering gets involved.<br>Preferred Existing network in UAE real estate, industrial, hospitality, or facilities management sectors. Familiarity with DEWA/ADDC/Etihad Energy Services Company approval processes and net metering regulations. Exposure to BESS-integrated or off-grid diesel-replacement solar projects.<br>Nice to Have (not core to the role) Awareness of Green Fi's adjacent lines (equipment trading, energy efficiency retrofits, EV charging) — useful for cross-selling but not a target area for this position.<br>What We Offer Competitive base + uncapped, deal-based commission structure.
