<p>Job Purpose
To support the execution and monitoring of landscaping works under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) within residential and commercial communities (EMAAR & similar developers), ensuring compliance with approved scope, community regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Site & AMC Management
• Assist in managing day-to-day landscaping maintenance activities across assigned AMC sites.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved AMC scope, schedules, Community & Facility Management Sites guidelines.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
Community & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure adherence to community rules including working hours, access permits, NOCs, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with community management and security for site access and approvals.
• Ensure no unauthorized works are carried out within the community.
Landscaping & Irrigation Works
• Monitor softscape and hardscape maintenance activities (mowing, pruning, planting, fertilization, cleaning).
• Assist in inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems (controllers, valves, sprinklers, drip lines).
• Identify issues such as leaks, blockages, dry areas, and poor coverage and report corrective actions.
Supervision & Coordination
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and technicians to ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Support material planning and ensure tools and equipment are used effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
Quality, Health & Safety
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Facility management/community safety standards at all sites.
• Report unsafe practices and assist in implementation of corrective actions.
• Support internal and client audits/inspections.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AMC site reports.
• Maintain records for attendance, material usage, irrigation checks, and maintenance logs.
• Assist in preparing client reports, snag lists, and closure confirmations.
Client Support
• Assist in attending client/site meetings and community inspections.
• Address minor client observations and escalate major issues to the Senior Landscape Engineer.
</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture.
• 3–5 years’ experience in landscaping maintenance or AMC projects (community experience preferred).
Skills & Requirements
• Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and irrigation systems.
• Familiarity with Community & Facility Management companies regulations is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

<p>Guildhall is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee structural coordination, site execution, and technical delivery across iconic tower developments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Design & Coordination
• Review and coordinate structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications for high-rise building projects
• Ensure all structural works are executed according to approved drawings, design standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve structural and technical issues
2. Site Supervision & Technical Support
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical support during all project phases
• Conduct site inspections and ensure structural quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Support site teams with engineering solutions and resolve structural challenges during execution
3. Documentation & Compliance
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs related to structural works
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, UAE regulations, and international engineering codes
• Assist with structural risk assessments and implement corrective actions where required
4. Value Engineering & Optimization
• Support value engineering initiatives and recommend practical structural solutions to improve project efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Provide recommendations for construction methodologies and technical enhancements where applicable
5. Coordination & Reporting
• Participate in project meetings with stakeholders and consultants
• Provide regular technical reports and project updates to management
• Coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project continuity</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering within high-rise building construction projects
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete, steel structures, and tower developments (G+12 and above)
• UAE project experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, engineering principles, and construction methodologies
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and international standards
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly preferred
• DM Certified Engineer (Unlimited Floors) is highly preferred or considered an advantage
• Emaar project experience is preferred
