Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> Review the Electrical Shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and technical calculations alongside method statements, ITPs, and Quality Checklists for acceptance. Ensure that the quality of all Electrical works carried out at the project site is as per the client's requirements and in compliance with the project quality plan (QPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Overseeing the construction process using technical expertise and management skills. Conduct all required FATs and SATs per applicable standards and manufacturer’s instructions. Conduct the Testing and Commissioning phase in line with the project specification manufacturer’s instructions. Monitor and control the day-to-day activities of the Electrical Engineers & inspectors i.e., site work inspection as well as inspection of the materials delivered in the Contractor’s store. Issuing Site Observation & Potential NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met/violating the compliance of the requirements with Project Technical requirements. Check documentation complies with design criteria, IFC, Shop Drawings /Client/ and standards. Attending weekly quality meetings with the construction team, raising the site quality issues, trying to mitigate them, and warning the hazard to overcome the quality issues. Pushing the contractor to close the open WIR, MIR, and site observation by taking corrective action. Drawing review and advice RA/ PM on the constructability. Meet with the Client and contractor where required and attend site visits to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth construction process. Provide directions to the site construction supervision team on plans, procedures, and priorities so efforts of Construction. Resolve any technical problem faced during the project construction stages. <br>Qualifications<br> Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience in the all aspects of supervision and project administration related to large-scale projects within Middle East in the consulting industry. Should have experience in oil & gas/Petrochemical industry. Should have previously worked with major EPC contractors (At least three years). For Hazardous Area Electrical Inspections: Should be an experienced person whose training has included instructions on various types of protection and installation practices, IEC 60079-17 and IEC 60079-14. (Evidence of relevant experience and training claimed shall be documented and available).
