Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Ajman Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3–5 Years Job Summary:The role is responsible for complete end-to-end ownership of Salesforce and all integrated enterprise systems, covering the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and process mapping to configuration, customization coordination, UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:• Own and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation from discovery to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring all business processes are fully translated into system logic. • Lead requirement-gathering sessions with all departments to capture functional needs, gaps, dependencies, and future automation possibilities. • Document business requirements in BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all new features, modules, and enhancements. • Design detailed process flows, end-to-end diagrams, workflow charts, system flow logic, decision matrices, and automation rules for all departments. • Translate business processes into scalable Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, flows, rules, record types, permission structures, and automation frameworks. • Coordinate with Salesforce developers for Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, APIs, and integration code. • Review and validate development items before testing or UAT to ensure quality and alignment with functional documents. • Manage sandbox environments, deployments, version controls, and change sets across all orgs. • Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, integration maps, API structures, and system behavior references. • Own and maintain the Salesforce data model ensuring scalability and reporting alignment. • Manage integrations with ERP, UAE PASS, ARRA, DLD, payment gateways, Whats App, SMS, tele-bot, marketing platforms, and future systems. • Coordinate full API lifecycle including design, authentication, mapping, logging, and error handling. • Lead integration testing and validate data synchronization accuracy. • Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery. • Ensure all configurations and development follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits. • Lead Experience Cloud portal design for customers and brokers. • Prepare system design documents and architecture diagrams. • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new requirements and integrations. • Manage regression testing, release management, and production deployments. • Provide continuous Salesforce administration including access, permissions, and security reviews. • Create advanced dashboards for leadership across sales, finance, collections, and operations. • Conduct system audits for data integrity, duplicates, and automation logs. • Train internal teams on new workflows, portals, and enhancements. • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and final sign-off. • Ensure all workflows are fully documented with visual diagrams. • Act as the internal Salesforce SME across all departments. • Identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual processes. • Monitor system performance, storage, API usage, and health logs. • Ensure all enhancements align with long-term scalability and IT governance. • Maintain compliance with UAE data protection laws and Salesforce security standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Managing project development activities including feasibility studies, techno-economic assessments, options analysis, business cases, and market sounding exercises. Advising governments, infrastructure authorities, developers, and investors on PPP frameworks, delivery models, procurement strategies, and commercial structures. Supporting the structuring and execution of infrastructure transactions, including procurement design, tender documentation (RFQ/RFP), bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract development. Developing and reviewing commercial frameworks, risk allocation strategies, payment mechanisms (availability-based, user-pay), and concession agreements. Managing due diligence activities including commercial, financial, and operational assessments for public and private sector clients. Managing complex stakeholder environments and engaging effectively with government entities, private sector partners, investors, lenders, and advisors. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading PPP transactions from project development through procurement and financial close. Experience developing business cases, feasibility studies, commercial assessments, and infrastructure delivery strategies. Job Description<br><br>"Lead the Hollow Out 1 Payments delivery extracting Bank's Payments business capability from T24 into a standalone BIANaligned Domain Service<br><br>Define and own the Hollow Out 1 delivery plan covering requirements design T24 API connectivity domain service build integration testing and golive<br><br>Lead engagement with Bank Payments business leadership Operations and technology teams to define the Payments domain service scope and boundaries<br><br>Define the BIAN service domain mapping for Payments identifying applicable BIAN service domains Payment Initiation Payment Execution Payment Order etc<br><br>Oversee the design of T24 R26 connectivity for the Payments domain service including IRIS API usage TPH integration and event streaming from T24<br><br>Manage the technical team Transact Technical SME and API Developers delivering Hollow Out 1<br><br>Coordinate with the Domain Services Lead on shared orchestration infrastructure API gateway configuration and event streaming design<br><br>Lead the decommissioning analysis for Paymentsrelated T24 modules and channels being replaced by the domain service<br><br>Define the cutover strategy for switching Payment processing from T24native to the Domain Service including fallback and rollback procedures<br><br>Manage Hollow Out 1 integration testing covering endtoend payment journeys across channels T24 TPH and the new domain service<br><br>Present Hollow Out 1 delivery progress decisions and risks to the programme Steer Co and Bank Payments leadership<br><br>Drive payment operations readiness activities including training process documentation and golive support planning<br><br>Required Skills<br><br>Job Description - Grade Specific<br><br>12 years of experience in core banking or payments technology with minimum 5 years in delivery leadership<br><br>Deep knowledge of Temenos TPH Temenos Payments Hub and T24 Payments architecture<br><br>Strong understanding of BIAN Payments service domains and ISO 20022 payment messaging standards<br><br>Experience with SWIFT MX SEPA and UAE payment network integration UAEFTS direct debit<br><br>Knowledge of APIfirst payments architecture and microservicebased payment processing<br><br>Proven ability to lead complex business capability extraction programmes in banking environments<br><br>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills"
