<ul><li><p>Run repair and strengthening works on site end-to-end: patch repair, structural jacketing, crack injection (epoxy/PU), CFRP strengthening, concrete cutting and openings, condition surveys<br></p></li><li><p>Select and control the right materials, tools, and plant for each activity<br></p></li><li><p>Own the QC and records discipline: joint surveys, consultant hold-point inspections, injection logs, photo documentation, remeasurement<br></p></li><li><p>Coordinate consultants, material suppliers, and manpower crews<br></p></li><li><p>Work directly with the Operations Manager on method statements, pricing feedback, and delivery</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>BSc Civil/Structural Engineering<br></p></li><li><p>3–7 years UAE site experience with hands-on concrete repair, strengthening, or restoration — specialist repair contractor background strongly preferred<br></p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of repair materials and systems: Sika / Fosroc / MBCC bonding agents, micro-concrete, repair mortars, injection resins, CFRP<br></p></li><li><p>Familiar with the tools and machinery the works run on: jackhammers and needle guns, scabblers, wall saws and core drills, grinders, injection pumps, mixers, access equipment<br></p></li><li><p>Confident in consultant-facing inspections and technical submittals in English<br></p></li><li><p>UAE driving licence preferred</p></li></ol>
