<p>About the Role
Elevare Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing Operations to lead and manage the marketing function for a major client group operating primarily in the real estate development sector.
This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the department, manage an existing team, improve systems and ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation, sales outcomes and business growth.
The successful candidate will initially focus on commercial real estate development projects, including project launches, branding, digital campaigns, CRM workflows, lead management and sales support. Over time, the role is expected to develop and expand into other areas of the business.
This is not a content creator or social media manager role.We are looking for someone who can take the reins, lead the department, set priorities, manage people, improve processes and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day to day operation of the marketing department
Coordinate an existing team across social media, CRM, AI automation, chatbot management, website coordination and graphic design
Direct freelancers and external platforms engaged for video and image content, ensuring output aligns with brand and campaign requirements
Set clear priorities, deadlines, responsibilities and performance expectations
Develop and manage marketing strategies for real estate development projects from initial planning stage through to completion
Oversee digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, email, SMS, property portals and other relevant channels
Manage project launches, campaign planning, brand positioning, content direction, sales collateral and promotional activity

Ensure every genuine enquiry is properly captured, followed up, tracked and reported
Partner with the sales team to improve lead quality, response times, sales materials and conversion opportunities
Review campaign performance, lead sources, cost per lead, conversion data and marketing ROI
Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior management
Support future marketing activity as the role develops into other areas of the business
Bring structure, accountability and commercial discipline to an existing team of skilled specialists
The Existing Team
The company already has a team of people in place across social media, CRM, AI automation, website management and graphic design. The Head of Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading and coordinating these team members.
The ideal candidate will be able to work respectfully with people who are important to the business, recognise their strengths and ensure their work is properly directed, prioritised and aligned with commercial objectives.
This role requires someone who can manage people, not just campaigns.</p><p>Experience Required
7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally across real estate development, property marketing, investment, technology, professional services or other high value commercial sectors
Proven experience leading a marketing department, marketing operations function or multidisciplinary marketing team
Strong background in lead generation, CRM workflows, digital marketing, campaign management and sales enablement
Experience managing property launches, commercial development campaigns or integrated marketing campaigns is highly regarded
Experience working with sales teams, senior management, agencies and external suppliers

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing and performance marketing
Ability to review marketing copy, creative assets, campaign strategy and digital performance with a strong commercial eye
Strong leadership, communication, organisation and project management skills
Ability to create structure, improve processes and hold team members accountable
Data driven approach to marketing performance and decision making
Language and Communication Requirements
Native English speaker strongly preferred; candidates with exceptional written and spoken English fluency will also be considered
Must be able to write, review and approve high quality marketing copy, investor communications, sales materials, CRM messages, email campaigns and presentations in English
Must be confident liaising with senior management, sales teams, clients, agencies and external stakeholders
Chinese language skills are advantageous but not essential
Portfolio and References
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide examples of previous marketing departments, campaigns, brands or projects they have managed. This may include campaign examples, launch strategies, CRM improvements, lead generation results, team management experience and professional references.
Reference checks will be undertaken before appointment, with particular focus on leadership capability, reliability, commercial judgement, communication skills, team management and ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong marketing operator who can step into an existing team and provide leadership.
They will be proactive, commercially focused and comfortable moving between strategy and detail. They will understand that marketing does not end when a campaign is launched or a lead is generated. Their responsibility is to ensure the full marketing and lead management process works efficiently from enquiry through to conversion.
This role is suited to someone who wants to build, lead and improve a department - not simply contribute content to it</p>
