If you spot problems and solve them before anyone asks, keep reading.<br>Responsibilities:Run an engineering team of 4 to 8 engineers as its technical owner, accountable for the team's delivery and engineering health Set the technical direction for your team's domain and defend the decisions you make Write production code regularly, including in the most complex parts of the codebase Review code from every engineer on the team and use review as a teaching channel Plan delivery alongside your Product Owner: break work down, manage risk, and push back on scope when needed Own incidents in your domain end to end and coordinate across teams when required Mentor and grow your engineers, including giving direct performance feedback when needed Represent your team's technical posture to partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders<br>Requirements:Strong depth in at least one of our core stacks (Type Script, Go) and the ability to ramp on the others Prior Tech Lead or technical leadership experience A track record of owning a service or product area in production over multiple quarters Proven experience leading engineers, whether as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Senior who has driven technical direction on major projects Demonstrated delivery in a startup or scale-up environment under shifting requirements Comfort with the harder parts of the role: telling someone their work isn't good enough, saying no to senior stakeholders, and owning the call when it's genuinely ambiguous Effective use of AI coding tools as a force multiplier for the team, not just for yourself Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to explain technical decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)<br>Desired Skills (a big plus):Fintech, banking, or other regulated-industry background Exposure to partner-driven delivery, especially integrations with banks, asset managers, or platform vendors Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery and setting team rhythm Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that show what you build when nobody's watching

We’re building a smarter, faster, and more accessible way to own a home.<br>The Role<br>We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to own Holo’s Revenue Engine, the systems, workflows, and intelligence that drive conversion and cross-sell across our core services.<br>As we scale, revenue performance cannot depend on manual coordination or individual heroics. It needs to be instrumented, automated, and intentionally designed. This role is responsible for building that foundation.<br>You’ll work across the core mid-to-end of funnel journey, identifying drop-offs, defining interventions, and shipping improvements that increase revenue per case.<br>A core part of this role is defining and building Holo’s intelligence engine. This includes lead prioritization logic, service eligibility detection, trigger-based nudges, and, over time, more advanced propensity and scoring models. You will help evolve HOME from a system of record into a system that actively guides teams toward the highest revenue outcomes.<br>This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, BI, and Engineering to turn business goals into measurable system changes. Success here is not about shipping features. Service Cross-Sell Engine: Build the systems and workflows that increase attachment rates across all of our services - eliminating manual revenue leakage. External Readiness: Building systems and services that standalone for roll out to external users Voice of Customer: Build up voice of customer processes across internal and external users to collect, mine, and discovery insights that drive meaningful value to new features and products. Automation & Revenue Intelligence: Design prioritization, routing, and trigger-based automation inside our Internal CRM to turn workflows into scalable revenue systems. Revenue Visibility: Implement clear dashboards and attribution that give leadership real-time clarity on revenue health. Cross-Functional Execution: Partner across Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, BI, and Engineering to deliver revenue outcomes - not feature output.<br>What We’re Looking For<br>6+ years in Product Management (2 minimum Senior level), with clear ownership of growth, monetization, or funnel optimization Demonstrated experience improving conversion metrics in complex operational systems Self-sufficient in data analysis Strong systems thinker - you see workflows, not features Deep comfort with data including funnel analysis, segmentation, and experimentation Experience building internal tools or operational platforms Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Ops, and Finance Clear, concise communicator able to articulate revenue impact Thrives in ambiguity and high ownership environments<br>Bonus:<br>Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or lending Exposure to automation frameworks or workflow engines Experience working alongside Data or ML teams<br>Why This Role Matters<br>Holo is entering its next growth chapter.
