<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chemical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. We're looking for a seasoned Estimation Engineer to own MEP cost planning and pricing for hyperscale data center projects. You'll partner with design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver accurate, competitive estimates that balance cost with the mission-critical reliability these facilities demand. This is a hands-on senior role where your estimates directly shape project viability and execution strategy. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The HR Admin Assistant helps coordinate interviews, training schedules, and employee engagement activities, while also handling routine inquiries from team members. The role includes tasks such as updating HR databases, managing attendance and leave records, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
