Job Description The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will be responsible for establishing and running the operational and delivery model for the new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation, based in Dubai, UAE. Reporting directly to the Head of Cyber Security, the role will act as the operational number two for the division, translating strategy into execution and ensuring that new services are designed, mobilised, delivered and scaled with strong governance, commercial discipline and consistent service quality. The role will have responsibility across professional services, managed security services, SOC/MDR, offensive security, cloud security, GRC, data governance and AI assurance. A core objective will be to build an operating model capable of supporting rapid growth while maintaining delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilisation, margin and operational resilience. The role owns execution, operational delivery, managed services, service quality, resources, capacity, governance, customer service and PMO, while the Head of Cyber Security retains ownership of strategy, P&L, commercial growth, executive customer relationships, new market development and technology direction.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operating Model & Organizational Build · Design and implement the operating model for the new cybersecurity organization. · Define roles, responsibilities, governance, escalation paths and decision authorities. · Establish how the new division interfaces with CNS/Ghobash Sales, Pre-Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Procurement and existing managed-services teams. · Establish standard operating procedures, service handover and customer onboarding processes. · Translate strategic plans into executable operating plans. Service Delivery Leadership: · Take executive ownership of delivery performance across cybersecurity, data governance and AI engagements. · Ensure projects and managed services are delivered against agreed scope, timelines, SLAs, quality and margin. · Act as the senior escalation point for major delivery or customer issues. Purpose The In-Season Trading Merchandising Executive is responsible for driving in-season commercial performance and inventory productivity across ON's DTC business in the GCC & Jordan. The role owns the day-to-day trading view once product is in market: understanding what is selling, what is not, where demand is developing and where stock needs to move. Working closely with the Buyer, Planner, Retail Operations, E-commerce and Supply Chain teams, the role translates trading data into fast, actionable commercial decisions to maximize full-price sales, sell-through and stock productivity while maintaining healthy inventory levels. Key Accountabilities 1. In-Season Trading Own weekly trading analysis across stores, markets and E-commerce. Monitor sales, sell-through, stock, weeks of cover, stock turn and product availability. Analyze performance by market, store, channel, category, franchise, gender, style, color and size. Identify best sellers, underperformers, emerging trends, missed sales and risks; recommend clear commercial actions. Support weekly trading meetings with concise, decision-oriented insights. 2. Allocation, Replenishment & Stock Optimization Manage allocation and replenishment across the DTC network. Ensure appropriate stock depth and size availability based on demand. Recommend and execute stock transfers and rebalancing between stores, markets and channels. Prioritize inventory toward the locations and channels demonstrating the strongest commercial opportunities. Support allocation for new store openings, launches, campaigns and key commercial moments. Identify potential stock-outs early and coordinate solutions with Supply Chain and Merchandising. 3. Inventory Productivity Drive healthy inventory levels while maximizing full-price sales and sell-through. Identify slow-moving, ageing and excess inventory and recommend actions. Monitor carryover inventory and support strategies to improve its productivity. Balance availability and weeks of cover to reduce both lost sales and excess inventory. Support improvement of inventory-to-sales ratio and overall stock efficiency. 4. Omnichannel Trading Maintain a consolidated trading view across Retail and E-commerce. Partner closely with Retail Operations on store-level opportunities, replenishment and transfers. Work with E-commerce to ensure strong online availability of key products and sizes. Identify opportunities to dynamically shift inventory between channels based on demand. Ensure inventory decisions optimize the overall business rather than individual channels in isolation. 5. The job holder will maintain a consolidated view of the debt portfolio, ensure timely compliance with financing obligations and covenants, manage refinancing and interest-rate risk workstreams, and provide clear debt reporting and decision support to the Director - Treasury and senior management. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Assess funding requirements for new and existing projects and recommend appropriate debt structures, including project finance, corporate finance, bridge or construction facilities, and refinancing solutions. We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor. Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project. Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion.  The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station. Role Summary: <ul><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support to the site/project team in daily operations.</li><li>Handle  letters, and maintain proper filing and records.</li><li>Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for project management.</li><li>Coordinate site office requirements including stationery, office supplies, and basic facilities.</li><li>Support in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings.</li><li>Coordinate with head office, clients, and subcontractors for administrative follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure proper filing, indexing, and archiving of project documents as per company procedures.</li><li>Assist QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams with administrative documentation support.</li><li>Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, and maintain project databases accurately.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and project information.</li><li>Support site team in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.</li></ul>What you will need to have: <ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Power BI .</li><li>Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Experience in Autocad will be added as an advantage </li></ul>You are someone who: <ul><li>Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Can be counted on to achieve goals within schedule, demonstrating a fighting spirit and perseverance</li><li>Is keen to learn and professionally grow</li><li>Is flexible and eager to take initiatives</li><li>Demonstrates sound Project Management Skills</li><li>Is effective at solving problems, troubleshooting and making timely decisions</li><li>Displays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment</li><li>Is commercially astute</li></ul>What’s in it for you: Professional Growth, Challenging Projects, Collaborative Environment, Competitive Compensation Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC group that supports impactful for the local communities’ mega infrastructure development projects - literally around the globe - and encompasses a productive and human-centric culture caring for its people and their development!
