About the role
This role exists to provide the empirical evidence required for our partners to form a view on complex corporate mandates. We are currently supporting a major financial entity with a comprehensive review of its internal operations and investment structures. We work with family groups, listed corporations, and government entities to improve governance and portfolio clarity through direct principal involvement. By taking on a limited number of mandates, we ensure that our work is rigorous and our advice remains independent. We operate entirely as a remote firm, choosing to focus on the strength of our analysis rather than corporate overhead or aggressive growth targets. We do not have traditional office hours or physical headquarters, preferring to give our team the autonomy to produce their best work from any location. Mentoring happens through active participation in client projects, where junior team members see how complex decisions are actually made. We value results and clarity over the appearance of being busy, and we expect everyone to take ownership of their specific contributions.

What The Role Offers Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level position in the current market. Direct exposure to the strategy and governance of major regional organizations. A permanent, full-time position with a firm that prioritizes substance over traditional consulting metrics. Tech Pipeline works with operations teams to resolve the friction found in the middle of their business processes. We are currently assisting an Abu Dhabi investment firm that is expanding its internal technical capabilities, focusing on the practical application of AI within their data workflows. This fully remote role is about ensuring that information moves correctly through their systems without getting stuck in manual backlogs.
About the role
As an AI Operations Assistant, you will be on the front lines of maintaining system integrity. When automated tools are introduced to complex financial environments, the data often hits roadblocks that require human eyes to resolve. You will help bridge the gap between high-level AI tools and the actual logs where the work happens. Your focus will be on the technical reality of how data is routed, ensuring the source of truth remains accurate across all platforms. This is a junior role designed for someone who is organized and enjoys the process of untangling messy information flows.

What you will be doing Monitor automated routing rules to ensure data is reaching the correct destination. A basic understanding of how APIs or automated workflows function at a high level. Exposure to financial software or investment reporting tools in a classroom or work setting.

What the role offers A permanent, full-time position that is entirely remote. Attractive and competitive pay that aligns with current market standards for this level. Direct experience working on complex operations projects for international clients. Our team operates with a high degree of autonomy, using weekly written updates to keep everyone informed instead of crowding the calendar with video calls. At Tech Pipeline, we value truth over comfort: we look at what the logs actually say, not what we hope they say. We are not interested in long-term strategy sessions or complex frameworks. We fix the specific problems that cause friction for our clients, ensure the new process is stable, and then hand over the keys. It is a grounded way to work that rewards accuracy and a job well done.
