<p>The Planning Manager oversees the planning department and ensures all project schedules and strategies are aligned with organizational goals. Its mission is to close the gap between ideas and execution through human-centered AI in both work and personal life.<br><strong>Role Description</strong> This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on AI and technology solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, and conducting meetings and presentations with prospective clients. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to understand offerings, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. The Business Development Executive will also maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.</p></li><li><p>Business and Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, manage contracts, and support long-term partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Excellent Communication skills for client meetings, presentations, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Experience in technology or AI-driven products and services, with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets in a business development or similar commercial role.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with comfort using CRM tools and data to drive decisions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and engage with regional markets; prior experience in GCC or MENA is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>2 years experience in the Manpower industry </p>
