Role Purpose:Develop and implement Financial Planning & Controlling strategies, policies, and procedures across the group entities. Contribute to the execution of key deliverables within the Planning & Controlling function. Drive enhancements in MIS reporting, financial planning, and control processes.<br>Key Responsibilties:<br>Record Keeping:Ensure accurate & timely preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to all areas of Finance Planning and Control. Maintain detailed record of all periodic reports submitted to the Holding Group and other external agencies. Business Improvement:Support to implement approved financial planning & internal control systems at new sites to ensure productivity and efficiency in terms of Finance planning & function. Monitor the various pricing and margin calculations being prepared and maintain strict version control. Prepare Monthly Steel Performance Report in Excel and Power Point, highlighting key business performance indicators, variances and value drivers. Prepare financial outlooks and financial forecasts with ensured compliance of local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. Value+ Transformation Project:Assist to achieve sustainable annual EBITDA enhancement as per Value+ Programme Sales, Commercial and Marketing Facilitation:Calculate estimated margins based on proposed pricing for various products. Assist to prepare back up workings for sales pricing task force and pricing committee. Procurement & Logistics Facilitation:Costing of back-to-back billet price linked fixed sales price for short term contracts with suppliers through Procurement and Logistics liaison with finance planning and control function. Assist in calculating financial impact of IOP shipment planning.<br>Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce. Chartered Accountant. Additional Cost Accounting qualification is preferred. AI / BI Dash boards certifications preferred. Professional Experience:5-7 years of post-qualification work. Working experience in financial planning and controlling function. Experience in UAE/Middle East and manufacturing / industrial environment (steel industry preferred). Strong hands-on experience with SAP S4Hana and financial data extraction. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, financial modelling and reporting is essential. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Avionics Engineer – A330 to join our Engineering team. The role will support both Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) activities and active Line/Base Maintenance operations, ensuring the technical integrity, reliability, and continued airworthiness of the Airbus A330 fleet’s avionics, electrical, and cabin electronic systems.<br>The successful candidate will provide high-level technical support for maintenance operations, including O, I and D Level maintenance where applicable, and will act as a technical focal point for complex avionics-related issues.<br>Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline. A330 type rating is mandatory<br>Minimum Experience<br>Minimum 8+ years of experience in an airline, MRO, Technical Services, CAMO, Base Maintenance or Line Maintenance Engineering environment. Strong technical knowledge of Airbus A330 avionics and electrical systems, including Fly-By-Wire, Autoflight, Navigation, Communication, EFIS, ADIRS and Central Maintenance Systems. Proven experience using Airbus technical documentation, including AMM, IPC, TSM, ASM, ESPM and SRM. Experience in defect investigation, reliability monitoring, troubleshooting and technical reporting. Previous A330 MRTT experience will be considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of military aircraft maintenance operations and special mission systems is preferred.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Review and assess Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other regulatory or manufacturer requirements related to A330 avionics systems. Prepare and issue Engineering Orders and technical instructions in line with applicable airworthiness requirements. Analyze fleet technical data, pilot reports, repetitive defects and reliability trends to identify corrective actions and improve fleet performance. Support the review and optimization of the avionics and electrical sections of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme. Evaluate and support the implementation of modifications, STCs, software configuration updates and avionics system upgrades. Provide advanced troubleshooting guidance to Line and Base Maintenance teams for complex or recurring avionics defects. Support AOG recovery by coordinating with Airbus Technical Support, OEMs and internal maintenance teams to expedite technical solutions. Monitor and manage MEL deferred defects, ensuring compliance with rectification intervals and operational requirements. Ensure engineering data, repairs and alterations comply with EASA Part-CAMO, Part-145 or applicable local authority requirements. Maintain accurate technical records and support internal and external airworthiness audits. Liaise with OEMs, including Airbus, Thales, Honeywell and other system suppliers, on technical queries, reliability issues and warranty claims. Act as a technical subject matter expert for avionics maintenance issues, supporting quality, safety and effective repair solutions. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with departmental policies, standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.<br>Required Skills and Competencies<br>Strong knowledge of A330 avionics, electrical and cabin electronic systems. Create BOM & Route for FCR and sign it. 4. Study & compare the sample request to FCR (if available). 5. Check the availability of PE for sample orders if applicable, and request it whenever needed. 6. Issue Cliché / Cylinder request to artwork unit for sample orders if needed, and follow-up. 7. Create BOM & Route & test requirements for sample and get technical unit head approval. 8. Update sample backlog. 9. Pass the sample specs to planning for execution. 10. Follow up with planning, production & QA on the sample execution. 11. Validate final sample if conforming to customer specs. 12. Create the TDS & Sample dispatch form and notify planning, WIP Warehouse & logistics unit about sample readiness. 13. Compare new sales orders to FCR & sample orders executed earlier and clarify any discrepancies. 14. Create new product’s BOM, Routes & properties for new commercial orders. 15. Revise existing BOM & Route & test requirements if needed. 16. Perform TDS comparison upon request from purchasing department and test physical properties if A4 sample is available. 17.
