Job Description<br><br> Responsibilities: 1. Assist technical officer in finalizing PAF. 2. Review FCR and request any missing information from concerned. 3. Create BOM & Route for FCR and sign it. 4. Study & compare the sample request to FCR (if available). 5. Check the availability of PE for sample orders if applicable, and request it whenever needed. 6. Issue Cliché / Cylinder request to artwork unit for sample orders if needed, and follow-up. 7. Create BOM & Route & test requirements for sample and get technical unit head approval. 8. Update sample backlog. 9. Pass the sample specs to planning for execution. 10. Follow up with planning, production & QA on the sample execution. 11. Validate final sample if conforming to customer specs. 12. Create the TDS & Sample dispatch form and notify planning, WIP Warehouse & logistics unit about sample readiness. 13. Compare new sales orders to FCR & sample orders executed earlier and clarify any discrepancies. 14. Create new product’s BOM, Routes & properties for new commercial orders. 15. As an Information Security Specialist in ZMI, you will be responsible in supporting the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's information security program.
