The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks associated with engineering design, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations while ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, international standards, and project HSE objectives.</p><br><br><p>The position acts as a key technical advisor for process safety, risk management, HSE engineering studies, and regulatory compliance, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional HSE qualification.</li><li>Process Safety certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001) preferred.</li></ul><br><p><b>Experience</b></p><br><br><ul><li>15-18 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas
