This role is essential to drive foot traffic to the mall through planning and executing a diverse and comprehensive events calendar that includes promotions, seasonal activities, and community engagement events to align with the mall’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with local vendors/artists to create memorable experiences that resonate with our visitors.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br><p>• Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar that aligns with the mall's strategic goals and community preferences.</p><br><p>• Plan and execute a variety of events including but not limited to seasonal festivities, themed promotions, workshops, and live performances.</p><br><p>• Create and implement event strategies that engage the community and drive footfall to the shopping mall.</p><br><p>• Foster relationships with local businesses, vendors, and artists to enhance event offerings and support local talent.</p><br><p>• Collaborate with the marketing executive to develop promotional strategies for events, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and local advertising to increase visibility and attendance.</p><br><p>• Prepare promotional materials and ensure that events are adequately promoted across all channels.</p><br><p>• Oversee the logistical aspects of each event, including venue setup, vendor coordination, staffing, and cleanup.</p><br><p>• Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently while providing a positive and engaging experience for attendees.</p><br><p>• Curate, plan, and execute end-to-end 360-degree activations and events from concept development through post-event wrap-up, ensuring alignment with current market trends and property objectives.</p><br><p>• Prepare, review, and manage activation contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership documentation, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.</p><br><p>• Process invoices, manage vendor payments, track event budgets in real-time, and maintain accurate financial documentation throughout the activation lifecycle.</p><br><p>• Coordinate with finance team on payment schedules, budget reconciliation, expense reporting, and ensure all contractual financial obligations are met.</p><br><p>• Leverage existing network and actively cultivate new relationships with mid to high-tier brands, agencies, and creative partners suitable for property activations and collaborations.</p><br><p>• Identify and secure brand partnerships, pop-up opportunities, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives that align with property positioning and audience demographics.</p><br><p>• Negotiate partnership terms, sponsorship packages, and activation agreements, managing brand expectations throughout the entire partnership lifecycle.</p><br><p>• Serve as primary liaison between brand partners and property management during activations, ensuring seamless communication and brand satisfaction.</p><br><p>• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brand representatives, creative agencies, experiential marketing firms, and industry contacts to create a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.</p><br><p>• Gather feedback from attendees and participants to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.</p><br><p>• Conduct post-event evaluations and report findings to the management team to refine future event planning.</p><br><p>• Assist with content development by researching current social media marketing trends and identifying popular pop-up locations that can be leveraged for on-site marketing initiatives.</p><br><p>• Support the tracking of sales generated from the malls online marketing offers with tenants through the POS system.</p><br><p>The candidate must have effective communication in English (written & verbal) and people skills, as the candidate will work closely with the Clients, Head of Building Management, Mall Manager, 3rd party agencies, Leasing Agents, Retailers and various other parties and departments. The candidate will be required to perform all functions and responsibilities of the role, which may not always be expressly mentioned in the Clients contract but would be deemed necessary for the proper performance of services and the carrying out of activities for the effective and efficient management of the property in accordance with good industry protocols and any applicable best international standards and codes of practice.</p><br><p>Pre-requisites:</p><br><p>•Marketing Degree / Qualification</p><br><p>• 5 Years’ experience, with 3 years in the UAE</p><br><p>• Mall / Retail experience</p><br><p>• Event coordination & execution experience</p><br><p>Key Experience:</p><br><p>1. Finance Business Partner – Lending, FX and International Markets Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE<br>About the Business An innovative, rapidly growing digital bank is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner – Lending to join its Dubai-based team. The organisation is building a new generation of ethical, Sharia-compliant financial products designed to serve Muslim and underserved communities globally.<br>About the Role<br>This newly created leadership role will act as the strategic finance partner to the bank’s Lending division. You will help ensure its lending products are commercially sustainable, financially well-managed and fully aligned with Islamic finance principles.<br>Working closely with Product, Risk, Compliance and Operations, you will provide the financial insight required to launch new lending products, improve portfolio performance and support informed commercial decision-making.<br>This opportunity would suit someone who combines strong technical finance expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, building processes from the ground up and translating complex financial information into clear commercial actions.<br>Key Responsibilities Act as the principal finance partner to the Lending leadership team. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning for the lending portfolio. Analyse lending performance, profitability, margins, customer behaviour and key commercial indicators. Develop financial models and business cases for new lending products, markets, partnerships and strategic initiatives. Evaluate product economics, pricing, credit performance and expected returns. Provide clear financial insight and recommendations to senior management. Support the development and launch of commercially viable, Sharia-compliant lending products. Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts and strategic objectives. Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance and Operations to improve performance and resource allocation. Ensure financial practices comply with Sharia principles, internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements. Develop scalable reporting, planning and performance-management processes as the business grows.<br>Essential Experience Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a comparable commercial finance or analytical leadership role. Strong banking experience, ideally supporting retail lending, consumer finance or related credit products. Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex financial data into practical recommendations. Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities. Experience preparing investment cases, scenario analyses and executive-level reports. Knowledge of regulatory, governance and financial-control requirements within financial services. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior commercial decisions. A genuine commitment to ethical finance and Sharia-compliant banking principles.<br>Preferred Experience Experience within digital banking, fintech or a high-growth financial-services business. Knowledge of Sharia-compliant lending or Islamic finance principles. Experience supporting the development or launch of retail lending products. Familiarity with business-intelligence platforms, financial technology and automation tools. CFA qualification or progress towards the CFA designation.
