You will lead cross-functional teams, own complex delivery roadmaps, and ensure booking, pricing, availability, and revenue-management systems integrate cleanly and go live on time. The role works simultaneously with multiple airline customers, external solution providers, GDS partners, and internal engineering teams, and is accountable for delivery quality, budget, and stakeholder confidence across every engagement.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of airline reservation and revenue-management projects — from scoping, estimation, and planning through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Proven vendor and partner management, including GDS partners and external technology providers, with experience structuring governance across three or more parties. Structured risk, change-control, and budget management across multi-stakeholder programmes, using leading indicators rather than end-of-phase surprises. Familiarity with IATA, PADIS, and NDC standards and how they shape scope, certification, and timelines. PMP, PRINCE2, or a recognised Agile certification is a plus.
Candidate Profile8+ years of project management experience, including large enterprise or multi-stakeholder programmes with fixed regulatory or seasonal deadlines. Proven ability to manage multiple customers and vendors concurrently without losing delivery quality or stakeholder trust.
