The role will be responsible for managing the complete agency lifecycle, including brokerage onboarding and registration, agency agreements, broker engagement, commission management, performance monitoring, deal tagging, dispute resolution, and agency events. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the end-to-end Agency Operations function and manage relationships with brokerage agencies and brokers. Oversee agency onboarding, registration, documentation verification, approvals, and system activation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokerage partners across the UAE. Develop strategies to increase broker engagement, productivity, and contribution to sales revenue. Monitor brokerage and broker performance and identify opportunities to strengthen agency productivity. Oversee agency commission structures, calculations, approvals, and payout processes. Ensure accurate deal tagging and agency attribution for commission eligibility and reporting. Review and oversee agency agreements, special contracts, and addendums in coordination with Legal and Finance. Lead the resolution of commission disputes, broker tagging issues, agency escalations, and operational matters. Coordinate broker roadshows, agency events, project launches, presentations, and promotional activities with Sales and Marketing. Ensure agency operations and broker registrations comply with company policies and applicable RERA regulations. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, workflows, and performance standards for the Agency team. Lead, mentor, and develop the Agency Operations team. Maintain accurate agency records, commission trackers, performance reports, and operational dashboards. Work closely with Sales, Business Development, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations and support revenue growth. Implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and broker experience.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Significant experience within the UAE real estate industry, particularly in Agency Operations, Broker Relations, Channel Sales Operations, or Business Development. Previous experience in a senior managerial or Head of Agency/Agency Operations role is strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate brokerage market and RERA regulations. Strong understanding of broker registration, agency agreements, commission structures, deal tagging, and commission processing.
