Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as a Specialist Dermatologist. Applications from GP Aesthetic Physicians will not be considered. Strong background in both medical and aesthetic dermatology with an established patient base in the region. Proven ability to generate significant monthly clinical revenue and contribute to business growth. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Previous leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire clinical teams. Experience in a senior clinical leadership or Clinic Director role is highly advantageous. Active professional brand or strong social media presence within the aesthetics field is an advantage. DOH License is considered a strong advantage.
