Social Media Operations</p><p>Manage and update HYF Medical Center’s social media accounts.</p><p>Assist with the daily operation of:</p><p>Instagram.TikTok.Facebook.LinkedIn.YouTube.Xiaohongshu (RED).WeChat.WeChat Channels</p><p>Douyin.Other relevant platforms</p><p>Prepare and publish daily/weekly content according to the content calendar.</p><p>Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and audience engagement.</p><p>Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online visibility.</p><p>Stay updated with social media trends and popular content formats.</p><p>2. Content Creation</p><p>Create and publish engaging content related to healthcare, medical aesthetics, longevity, wellness, and regenerative medicine.</p><p>Develop social media posts, Reels, TikTok videos, short videos, stories, graphics, and other digital content.</p><p>Assist with content planning, scripts, captions, and creative concepts.</p><p>Coordinate with doctors and medical professionals to develop healthcare-related content.</p><p>Ensure all content is professional, accurate, attractive, and consistent with HYF’s premium brand image.</p><p>3. Short Video Production</p><p>Assist in planning, filming, editing, and publishing short-form videos.</p><p>Coordinate video shoots with doctors, nurses, consultants, and other team members.</p><p>Assist with video scripts, storyboards, filming arrangements, and editing.</p><p>Create educational, promotional, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content.</p><p>Follow current TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin trends.</p><p>4. Doctor &amp; Medical Expert Content</p><p>Assist in developing professional online content for doctors and medical experts.</p><p>Coordinate doctor interviews, educational videos, health talks, and expert content.</p><p>Help build and maintain doctors’ professional online presence.</p><p>Turn doctors’ expertise and medical knowledge into engaging social media content.</p><p>Support the development of Doctor Personal Branding / Doctor IP.</p><p>5. Patient Lead Generation</p><p>Support new media campaigns designed to generate patient inquiries.</p><p>Respond to or forward social media inquiries to the appropriate patient service team.</p><p>Track inquiries and leads generated from social media platforms.</p><p>Coordinate with Patient Services and Aesthetic Consultants for lead follow-up.</p><p>Support the conversion of online traffic into consultations and appointments.</p><p>Help improve the process from:</p><p>Content → Inquiry → Consultation → Treatment</p><p>6. Medical Aesthetic &amp; Healthcare Promotion</p><p>Assist with marketing content and campaigns for:</p><p>Dermatology &amp; Aesthetic Medicine.Laser Treatments.Injectables &amp; Skin Treatments.Regenerative Medicine.Longevity &amp; Anti-Aging.Preventive Healthcare.Executive Health Check-ups.Men’s &amp; Women’s Health.Wellness &amp; Health Management.Premium Healthcare Membership Programs</p><p>Ensure medical-related content is accurate, professional, and complies with applicable UAE healthcare advertising requirements.</p><p>7. Campaign &amp; Event Support</p><p>Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.</p><p>Support healthcare seminars, VIP events, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional events.</p><p>Create event-related social media content before, during, and after events.</p><p>Assist with photography, video recording, live content, and event coverage.</p><p>Support promotional campaigns for new doctors, services, treatment programs, and membership programs.</p><p>8. KOL &amp; Influencer Support</p><p>Assist in identifying suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators.</p><p>Coordinate influencer visits and social media collaborations.</p><p>Assist with influencer content planning and production.</p><p>Maintain communication with KOLs and content creators.</p><p>Track the performance of influencer campaigns.</p><p>9. Digital Marketing Support</p><p>Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities.</p><p>Support website and social media content updates.</p><p>Assist in developing online promotional campaigns.</p><p>Monitor website traffic, social media traffic, inquiries, and campaign results.</p><p>10.
