<span></span><p>Black & Grey HR is seeking a Project Engineer – Offshore & Subsea to join our client's offshore project delivery team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a permanent office-based role with offshore and field travel as required throughout the project cycle, supporting the engineering delivery of offshore survey, subsea, and marine projects from execution planning through to project close-out.<br></p><br><p>You will be responsible for providing technical engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring engineering deliverables, technical documentation, project coordination, and offshore readiness are delivered in accordance with client requirements, industry standards, and project schedules. Working closely with the Project Manager, discipline engineers, offshore personnel, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors, you will help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.<br></p><br><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br>- Develop, review, and maintain project engineering documentation including technical specifications, engineering calculations, method statements, work packs, and project procedures.<br><br>- Support the preparation and maintenance of project execution plans, engineering schedules, deliverable registers, technical trackers, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.<br><br>- Coordinate engineering activities with internal discipline engineers, offshore teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs and resolution of technical queries.<br><br>- Review engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, company standards, and applicable industry codes.<br><br>- Manage engineering change control, Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and deviation registers while ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals.<br><br>- Assist with material take-offs, procurement support, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and equipment selection to meet project requirements.<br><br>- Support offshore campaign planning by participating in pre-mobilisation engineering reviews, vessel readiness assessments, equipment verification, and technical risk mitigation activities.<br><br>- Prepare engineering progress reports, technical presentations, and project updates for internal management meetings and client progress reviews.<br><br>- Monitor engineering deliverables, identify technical risks and interface issues, and recommend practical solutions to maintain project schedules and quality objectives.<br><br>- Maintain engineering records, project documentation, and lessons-learned registers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.<br><br><br><span>Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Marine, Subsea, or a related Engineering discipline.<br><br>- 4–8 years of project engineering experience within offshore, subsea, marine, or offshore survey environments.<br><br>- Strong understanding of offshore engineering principles, subsea systems, marine operations, and offshore installation methodologies.<br><br>- Experience preparing engineering documentation, technical specifications, work packs, method statements, and engineering deliverables.<br><br>- Knowledge of engineering change management, RFI processes, technical deviations, procurement support, and vendor document reviews.<br><br>- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, offshore personnel, vendors, and subcontractors throughout project execution.<br><br>- Strong planning, technical coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple engineering priorities.<br><br>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical reporting skills.<br><br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation management systems.<br><br>- Experience supporting ADNOC or other regional offshore energy projects is highly desirable.<br><br><span>CERTIFICATIONS (Please attach below certificates)</span><br>- BOSIET or HUET — must be valid and current. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their project team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing structural coordination, execution, and technical supervision across multiple high-rise tower developments while ensuring structural integrity, compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Design & Coordination
-Review and coordinate structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications for high-rise building projects
-Ensure all structural works are executed according to approved drawings, design standards, and project requirements
-Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve structural and technical issues
2. Site Supervision & Technical Support

Job Summary
