<ul><li><p>· Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and method statements for electrical works. · Conduct site inspections and quality audits for electrical installations. · Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, and industry standards. · Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, checklists, test reports, and NCRs. · Coordinate with project team, consultants, and authorities for inspections and approvals. · Monitor testing and commissioning activities. · Assist in resolving quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. · Review supplier and subcontractor material submissions and ensure compliance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. · 08–10 years of experience in MEP contracting within the UAE. · Experience in Villa Projects & High-Rise Buildings is mandatory. · Strong knowledge of Dubai Authority Standards (DEWA / DCD / DM / Civil Defense). · Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ISO standards & construction processes. · Excellent reporting, documentation & communication skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.</p></li></ul>
