Mubarak Bridge is looking for an experienced Salvage Master to join our Emergency Response and Salvage team. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for leading marine casualty response, salvage and wreck removal operations, including overall command at the casualty site. The role will involve assessing complex marine casualties, developing and executing salvage plans, directing vessels, tugs, barges, divers and specialist equipment, and coordinating closely with vessel owners, P&I Clubs, underwriters, authorities, surveyors and other stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with extensive marine, offshore or salvage experience and a strong understanding of vessel stability, marine engineering, seamanship, HSEQ and operational risk management. Experience with LOF and SCOPIC would be highly valuable. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project targets. Monitor workmanship and ensure all works are completed as per approved quality standards. Conduct regular site checks and report progress, issues, and requirements to the Site Engineer. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at the workplace. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at site. Support inspection activities and rectification of site observations. Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, and site activities. <br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Technical qualification / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in bridge construction, bridge maintenance, or infrastructure projects in the UAE. Hands-on experience in bridge-related civil works including concrete repairs, structural works, reinforcement, formwork, and maintenance activities. Experience working on UAE bridge or infrastructure projects is mandatory. Role Summary
<p>The Assistant Resident Engineer (OT Cybersecurity) will support the delivery of an OT cybersecurity enhancement program focused on the onboarding of electrical substations and associated OT/SCADA systems into a centralized Security Operations Centre (SOC). The role will be involved in site surveys, technical reviews, design validation, implementation support, testing and commissioning, and supervision of cybersecurity activities throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with project security requirements.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support OT cybersecurity activities across project planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover phases.</li>
<li>Conduct site surveys and assessments for electrical substations and associated OT/SCADA environments.</li>
