<p><strong>Site Foreman cum Engineer</strong> shall be responsible for both the technical supervision and hands-on execution of daily site activities for the vacuum sewerage house connection works. He bridges the role of on-ground labor supervision with basic engineering oversight, and reports to the Project Engineer/Project Manager. Context
