The successful candidate will support the successful execution of major high-rise commercial and mixed-use developments by coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, and site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work in collaboration with other members of the team and the wider business to facilitate high performance delivery through successful implementation of processes and systems, in a sustainable manner.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the HSE Assurance Plan to deliver high risk audits across the area or Division of responsibility; provide advice and recommendations of improvement.</li> <li>Advise and assist site management in the preparation of Safety &amp; Environmental Plans, Risk Assessments and method statements for various projects in line with client SLA’s / KPI’s.</li> <li>Work with on site management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of Business Unit specific HSE policies and procedures</li> <li>Prepare safety and environmental reports as required</li> <li>Conduct safety and environmental audits and inspections in accordance with the Integrated Management system</li> <li>Prepare and deliver training courses / toolbox talks to ensure full knowledge of H&amp;S requirements and techniques</li> <li>Report to Line Management of HSE activities- Site&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct loss event investigations and prepare reports for internal / external purposes</li> <li>Provide HSE advice and direction to on site management, staff and contractors</li> <li>Assist site management in the periodic preparation and presentation of seminars/training for clients, own employees and other interested parties/stakeholders</li> <li>Sharing information, suggestions and observations to create consistency throughout the Company</li> <li>Assist other members of the team across business unit audits</li> <li>Meeting company Occupational Health and Safety goals</li> <li>Liaise with Health &amp; Safety stewards on a regular basis ensuring consultation and participation of workforce.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive behavioural culture change programs</li> <li>Manage relationship with client’s HSE teams</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br> <p><strong>What makes you remarkable?&nbsp;</strong></p><br><br> <p>At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
