<p>Emarat Aloula Contracting is seeking an experienced MEP / Mechanical Engineer to lead and coordinate the complete delivery of mechanical and MEP systems for 132kV substation projects. In this role, you will act as an extension of the customer’s IT team, providing day-to-day administration, optimization, and strategic guidance for their mission-critical Red Hat environments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep administrative expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Red Hat Satellite Server, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the customer’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• OpenShift Administration: Manage, maintain, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters. Execute and manage regular patch updates and version lifecycle management for OpenShift Clusters to ensure stability and security.
• Handle day-two operations, including node scaling, access control, routing, and monitoring cluster health.
• Linux Systems Management: Perform advanced Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration, including executing routine system patch updates, installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across physical and virtual environments.
• Satellite Infrastructure Management: Administer Red Hat Satellite Server to manage the RHEL lifecycle. Maintain content views, lifecycle environments, activation keys, and ensure consistent patch management and compliance across the fleet.
• Vendor Coordination & Support: Serve as the primary liaison with the vendor. Proactively open and manage technical support cases (tickets) for
