About Zamanat Zamanat is a Sharia-aligned real-world asset tokenisation platform. We structure and tokenise assets across funds, private credit, real estate and receivables, then distribute them through institutional, private wealth and on-chain channels.<br>We have applied for a DIFC tokenised credit fund and run a live structuring pipeline across receivables, fund and real-estate mandates in MENA, GCC and selected emerging markets. The structuring lead is a foundational role.<br>AI-driven playbooks are a core part of Zamanat's growth strategy. We are building a structuring function where AI tools compress time-to-launch, accelerate documentation, and turn one-off deals into repeatable products. The right hire is hungry to learn, prototype and embed AI tooling into the structuring workflow.<br><br>The Role We are hiring a Director, Structuring & Origination to lead deal structuring across Zamanat's live and forward pipeline, originate new mandates, and build the structuring playbook that compresses our time-to-launch on every subsequent deal. The role is hands-on today. It is also on a clear path to Senior Director or MD as deal pipeline, AUM and team scale. The right person executes deals personally now and grows into running a structuring desk over the next 18 to 36 months. This is not a pure origination seat and not a back-office structuring seat.
