Review MEP shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and coordination drawings before submission. Identify and resolve clashes using coordination drawings and BIM models (Navisworks/Revit preferred). Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the main contractor to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Attend coordination meetings and prepare follow-up action items. Support material submittals, shop drawing submissions, RFIs, and technical clarifications. Coordinate ceiling layouts, builders’ work openings, sleeves, and service routing. Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with project requirements. Assist in preparing progress reports, tracking logs, and resolving technical issues.
