Incident Reporting & Investigation Support</strong></p><br><ul><li>Participate in incident/near-miss investigations, support root-cause analysis, and ensure timely escalation to PMC and teams</li><li>Ensure accurate incident logs are maintained, and corrective and preventive actions are implemented.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Coordination with PMC, Client & Contractors</strong></p><br><ul><li>Coordinate closely with Client Transmission representatives, PMC HSEQ Manager, supervision consultants, and EPC contractors to ensure consistent HSEQ execution</li><li>Provide real-time HSEQ inputs and updates to PMC and teams.</li><li>Provide specialist HSE advice as required for high‑risk activities.</li></ul><p><strong>6. HSE Training, Toolbox Talks & Awareness</strong></p><br><ul><li>Support or lead HSE meetings, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness campaigns in collaboration with consultants/contractors.</li><li>Assist in developing and delivering effective HSE training modules for project personnel as required.</li></ul><p><strong>7. Emergency Preparedness & Response</strong></p><br><ul><li>Participate in emergency preparedness drills, evaluate outcomes, and provide improvement recommendations</li><li>Ensure emergency response equipment, procedures, and communication protocols are in place at site level as per client and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>8. HSE Performance Monitoring & Reporting</strong></p><br><ul><li>Maintain project HSEQ performance statistics and ensure they are communicated internally.</li><li>Update HSEQ action trackers and ensure follow‑through on outstanding items.</li></ul><p><strong>9. Regulatory Compliance</strong></p><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance by all parties with UAE legislation, client regulations, and project-specific HSEQ requirements.</li><li>Stay updated on legislative changes and communicate them to relevant project stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>10.
