<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <b>Job Description</b><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>- Monitor and inspect structural works such as concrete piling, steel structures, etc. to assure compliance to structural plans and specifications.<br>- Review shop drawings, inspection requests, method statements, and other submissions from contractor.<br>- Maintain a non-conformance register and ensure Contractors perform remedial preventive and corrective works.<br>- Monitor field variations and keep the Senior Resident Engineer informed of these changes.<br>- Monitor records documentation of all work done, including records of change works, tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labors, day-works, etc.<br>- Monitor Contractor compliance with Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.<br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br>- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines: Civil or Structural Engineering.<br>- Five years experience in a similar or equivalent position and job description, 2 years minimum Middle East site experience.<br>- Excellent English oral and written communication skills. <br>- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems and trade practices is required.<br>- Understanding of sustainable building goals and objectives.<br>- Local Authority Knowledge and understanding.<br>Good HSE awareness.<br>- Computer proficiency.<br> </div>

Under the direction of the unit head, he/she will assist with the design, management, and implementation of the ground station system. Furthermore, he/she will be required to perform troubleshooting on ongoing or new problem in the project. General task  Assist in the implementation of the Ground Station system.  Assist in the maintenance of the Ground Station equipment  Assist in the presentation of publications and media materials for deployment including abstracts, publications, summary reports, and promotional materials for the Media Center.  Assist in the verification and transformation of the operation phase of the NSSTC’s satellite.  Assist in the training of students and research associates in the unit in data management and statistical analysis.  Assist in troubleshooting. </p><br><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><br><p>Bachelor Degree in Electrical engineering or relevant </p><br><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><br><p> Good command of technical skills.  Scientific and Technical writing skills  Good knowledge in RF engineering  Skill in hardware and software </p><br> </div>
