Job Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural, Civil & MEP Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering complete design packages across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to produce accurate, code-compliant drawings while ensuring seamless integration between all building systems. Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings from concept through construction. Develop detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and authority requirements. Participate in design meetings and assist in technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in multidisciplinary building design. Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit; experience with Navisworks or BIM coordination is an advantage. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, civil works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
