A well-established MEP contracting company<br>We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of multiple MEP projects — from mobilization through testing, commissioning, and final handover — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage the full MEP project lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects — planning, execution, delivery, and close-out Review tender, construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications; identify and resolve discrepancies Develop MEP programs aligned to the main contractor's civil program; oversee material and drawing submittal schedules Drive procurement of materials in line with project schedules and approved budgets Secure authority approvals (DEWA, Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat, JAFZA, etc.) ahead of schedule Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients on inspections, RFIs, and approvals Own project financials — monthly invoicing, variation claims, cost-to-complete reporting, and cost control against estimates Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordination meetings; ensure HSE and ISO 9001 quality compliance Manage document control, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out Oversee defect liability period and ensure recovery of retention and final payments<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager handling multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of MEP systems, UAE authority approval processes, and contract/claims management Solid commercial acumen — budgeting, invoicing, variations, and cost control Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and site HSE management Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills<br>To Apply: ????
