Talent Acquisition & People Happiness / Office Manager owns end-to-end recruitment for the entire group, ensuring every company under the group is staffed with the right people at the right time. Alongside recruitment, the role is responsible for people happiness — building a positive, engaged workplace culture — and for the day-to-day management of the office, making sure the work environment runs smoothly for everyone in it. <br>Note: Previous experience working in a recruitment agency is highly preferred. <br>Key Responsibilities1. TRAVEL is looking for a motivated Business Development & Partnerships Manager to grow our network of partners and help expand the sales of audio tour guides through collaborations, aggregators, tourism partners, and content creators. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, onboarding, supporting, and growing partners who can sell, co-create, and distribute audio tours. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires someone who can understand partner needs, build a strong pipeline, pitch effectively, and turn registrations into active business accounts.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential partners, including tourism companies, museums, attractions, tour operators, aggregators, travel platforms, and destination organizations. Build and manage a strong partner pipeline across target markets. Contact potential partners individually, arrange meetings, and present the izi. TRAVEL partnership opportunity. Understand why partners register, identify their target audience, and help them become active sellers of audio tours. Onboard new partners and guide them through the process of creating, promoting, and selling audio tours. Work closely with partners to co-create tours and develop new business opportunities. Push for business growth by motivating partners and converting inactive or registered partners into active accounts. Coordinate with Informap and internal teams to support tour creation and partner execution. Oversee the overall execution of partner activities from first contact to active sales. Set targets, track progress, and report on partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth. The role focuses on preparing monthly Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, coordinating statutory audits, and delivering high-quality MIS reports and variance analysis to senior management. Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across all countries. Analyze store-level and country-level profitability and cost structures. Support the standardization and automation of MIS and reporting processes. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by senior management.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional qualification (CA / CPA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role with overall experience 10+ years in finance, MIS, or related functions, preferably in multi-country retail organizations. Strong exposure to multi-country financial consolidation and IFRS reporting. Hands-on experience managing statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation. Deep understanding of retail finance and operational drivers. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities. Ability to manage large volumes of financial data across multiple countries. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
