Job Purpose: Manage and control all materials, tools, equipment, and inventory at the project store, ensuring proper receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of construction materials to support smooth project operations.<br>Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control procedures are followed. Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests and maintain material movement records. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for material replenishment. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of construction materials to avoid damage or loss. Maintain updated records of GRNs, delivery notes, material requests, and inventory reports. Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts. Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, procurement, and suppliers regarding material requirements. Manage storage areas according to HSE and site safety requirements. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports for project management. <br>Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). 3–8 years of experience as a Storekeeper within the construction or contracting industry. Experience handling construction materials, tools, MEP items, and equipment. Knowledge of material receiving, issuing, and inventory control processes. Experience working on building, infrastructure, or MEP projects is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel for inventory tracking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. UAE construction experience is preferred. <br>Preferred Experience:High-rise buildings, infrastructure, or major contracting projects. Experience managing project stores with large volumes of materials. Knowledge of construction documentation and material control procedures.
