Knows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, assists the team to meet expectations, and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success. Implements innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence. Supports Lead Engineer in monitoring quality activities and takes action where required. Assist Project Team in project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules. Manage process design and any design changes within budget and schedule. Prepare and participate in weekly process discipline meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures. Review and approve all related technical documents and coordinate with the Lead Engineer. Management, technical execution and completion of engineering assigned tasks in a specific process discipline area. Execute verification, studies and detail design following best engineering practices and optimization in term of cost, construction simplicity, operability and maintainability, HSSE. <br><br>Job Specific Knowledge<br><br>Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environment. Extensive knowledge of ADNOC VIP / VAP Assurance processes, API Standards (API-520, API-521, API-14C, API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for offshore oil and gas facilities. Experience in various phases of project life cycle with particular skills in Feasibility and Conceptual Engineering, field development and adequacy studies. Experience in processing of highly sour production fluids with extensive offshore engineering experience. Site experience is an ad- vantage and willingness to travel to site and work in an operation support environment is essential. Experience of Option Selection Studies, debottlenecking and revamp projects and licensor packages. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet. HTRI, Experience with dynamic simulation packages will be an advantage. <br> Job Purpose <br><p>Assisting the supervisor in control room (into-plane and Depot). Attend, monitor and assist in all Control Room operations (receiving, issuing, and loading of petroleum products) in the Depot according to the instructions received from Fuelling/Depot Supervisor Depot Officer and as per ADNOC Distribution and the international standards recommendations.</p><br><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1) <br><p><strong>Operations Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Where applicable, Perform, loading, unloading, Airside activities and QC checks as per ADNOC Distribution and the international standards recommendations and reports to Fuelling/Depot Supervisor Depot Officer.</li><li>Where applicable, attend & monitor the Jet A1 loading operations and performs the filling of the Delivery Receipts (Refuelling & Defueling)/flushing form with all necessary mandatory technical data for validity of the consignment to be delivered and reports to Depot/ Fuelling Supervisor.</li><li>Assist in reconciling daily PTN’s/PDN’s delivery receipts (Refuelling & Defueling)/flushing form and meter reading statements. Perform tank dipping & product samples for dedicated tanks to be sent to Laboratory for quality control certification.</li><li>Receive from fuelling/Depot Supervisor s Delivery Receipts (Refuelling & Defueling)/flushing form returned from fuelling operators after discharging, refuelling/Defueling, fueller loading.</li><li>Assist to prepare monthly statement of receipts and deliveries and submits the report to Depot/Fuelling Supervisor for review.</li><li>Check documentation and ISO related documentation works on regular basis and follow the ISO procedure & Work Instructions relevant to work.</li></ul><p><strong>Receipt & Loading Operations</strong></p><br><ul><li>Ensure valid STOs are place in SAP system.</li><li>Complete all necessary documentations upon receiving new AVGAS drums and update stock in SRVA system accordingly.</li><li>Oversee loading operation and ensure the operation is carried out according to laid down procedures.</li></ul><br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2) <br><ul><li>Reports any spillage of products or any defects in Bridgers and fuellers to the Fuelling/Depot Supervisor.</li><li>Perform offloading operation and ensure HSE procedures are followed throughout the operations.</li><li>Perform Product Draining, Sampling &Physical Dip from product storage tanks, vehicle etc as instructed by supervisors.</li></ul><p><strong>Fuel Farm Quality Control Activity</strong></p><br><ul><li>Perform visual tests to check the qualities of products such as assessing levels of bottom sediment, water and foreign materials in oil samples and notify the result to Supervisors.</li><li>Perform Product Draining, Sampling & Physical Dip from product storage tanks, vehicle etc as instructed by supervisors.</li><li>Ensure sampling equipment including buckets, bottles, close-sampling systems, etc are clean and good housekeeping standards are always maintained.</li><li>Prepare and maintain required checklist and data sheet and handover to the supervisor for the review and necessary action.</li><li>Assists the supervisors for doing all periodical tests including but not limited to Millipore Test, Filter Differential Pressure Test, Electrical Continuity Check, Fuelling Vehicles weekly/monthly checks and Depot weekly checks. Recommend suitable solutions based on each client's needs. Build relationships and maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients. Prepare quotations and engagement proposals. Book consultations with senior management for complex or high-value matters. Close straightforward cases independently. Maintain accurate CRM records. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.<br>What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, banking, financial services, real estate, immigration, or a related industry. Previous Citizenship or Residency by Investment experience is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
