<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Terminal Supervisor</strong></p><ul><li>Manages tank farm activities, including Shipments, tanker loading/offloading, berthing & planning of vessel, blending of products, etc. </li><li>Complies with all the required documentation of operational checklists and reports for Operations Activities. </li><li>Maintains product quality at the highest level while delivering to customers. </li><li>Monitors bulk stocks of tanks. </li><li>Enhances improvement in operations activity, proposes new procedures to maintain the quality and safety of the product and operating staff. </li><li>Assists the Operations Manager, Projects & Maintenance </li><li>Assists the Operations Manager in the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and simultaneously inspects the job site activities with maximum concern towards hazardous areas. </li><li>Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting facilities, safety and emergency response equipment. </li><li>Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans. </li><li> Conduct training pertaining to Toolbox on a daily Basis </li><li> Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly Operations activity reports & HSE reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Terminal Operator</strong></p><ul><li>Review and discussion of the daily activities plan with the Terminal Supervisor.</li><li>Performing container loading/offloading activities, supervision of the flexi setting of the container.</li><li>Inspection and testing of hoses and pumps before operation</li><li>Handle loading and unloading of products according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Performs pump and pipeline line-up, sets up manifolds, rigs telescopic tubes, switchover pumps, manipulates valves, removes/installs flanges and blinds, changes and cleans filters, loads and/or decants trucks and iso-containers, connects and disconnects hoses and performs other activities needed for the cargo operation.</li><li>Monitor and control product flow, tank levels, and pressure/temperature gauges.</li><li>Arrangement of required materials for tank cleaning and execution of the work as per the instructions of the supervisor.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and reports on operations, incidents, and inventory levels.</li><li>Performing tank and pipeline cleaning activities as and when required during product changeover.</li><li>Maintenance of Pressure gauges, Earth pit, Lighting, and Electrical Panels as per the guidance of the maintenance in charge.</li><li>Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the terminal.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>5 Years of experience for the supervisor post and a minimum 3 years of experience for the Terminal operator position.</li><li>The operator should have a Diploma in Engineering or above and the Supervisor should be a Graduate Engineer</li><li>Familiarity with Class A cargo and hands-on experience in manual terminal operations is preferred.</li><li>Fluent in written/spoken English</li></ul><p></p></section>
