Our client is looking to hire an experienced Regional Manager (Student Recruitment) to support international growth and strengthen engagement across key markets. </p><br><br><p><b>About the Role</b>
</p><br><br><p>The Regional Manager will lead student recruitment and market development across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), driving enrolment growth in line with the University's internationalisation strategy. The role is responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based recruitment plans, achieving regional enrolment targets, and promoting the University's brand through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic engagement across the region. </p><br><br><p>The role will be working closely with schools, universities, education agents, government bodies, sponsors, scholarship providers, regional teams, and other strategic partners, the Regional Manager will develop and maintain high-value relationships that support international student recruitment. The role will also identify and establish new partnership opportunities, oversee agent performance, support recruitment events and visits, and provide market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and institutional decision-making. </p><br><br><p>In addition, the Regional Manager will manage regional budgets, monitor recruitment performance, and provide regular reporting and analysis to support strategic planning. In collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues, the role will contribute to the University's international objectives by aligning recruitment activities with institutional priorities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes across the MENA region. </p><br><br><p><b>About You</b>
</p><br><br><p>The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent relevant experience in international student recruitment, with a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering effective market strategies. Experience managing educational agents, developing institutional partnerships, engaging key stakeholders, and using market intelligence to drive recruitment outcomes is essential. </p><br><br><p>Our client is seeking a candidate with strong communication, presentation, relationship management, and business development skills, alongside knowledge of international education systems, recruitment trends, visa requirements, and cultural considerations. The successful candidate will be organised, results-focused, and experienced in managing projects, budgets, and recruitment activities. The candidate must be based in Dubai, willing to travel extensively across the region and internationally as required, and able to work flexibly to support recruitment initiatives. English proficiency at IELTS Grade 6.5 or equivalent is essential, while Arabic fluency is highly desirable. </p><br><br>
