Represent the company at esports events, expos, conferences, and pitch meetings throughout the GCC.3. Market Intelligence & Innovation Monitor esports trends, brand activations, and competitive benchmarks across global and regional markets. Bring creative, revenue-driven ideas to activate in-game branding, streaming partnerships, hardware tie-ups, influencer collaborations, and tournament sponsorships. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create co-branded campaigns and cross-channel activations.4. Commercial Planning & Execution Maintain a sponsorship calendar across all company events, esports leagues, tournaments, and community engagements. Draft and negotiate sponsorship contracts, working alongside legal and finance teams. Manage partner onboarding, activation timelines, asset delivery, and post-event fulfillment.5. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with events, production, digital, and content teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship obligations. Provide leadership with regular updates on sponsorship performance, deal status, and revenue outlook. Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, conversations, contracts, and receivables. Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in esports, sports, media, or entertainment sectors. Demonstrated success in securing high-value sponsorships and delivering client ROI. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken). Preferred Skills:Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, team structures, tournament formats, and monetization streams (e.g., media rights, branded content, licensing, merchandising). Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to pitch creatively and convincingly. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
