<p>JOB PURPOSE The Senior Procurement Lead – Civil will take ownership of the procurement function for a luxury hotel project, combining strong civil engineering knowledge with advanced sourcing, negotiation, and cost-control expertise. The role involves leading tendering activities, managing supplier and subcontractor relationships across the UAE market, and ensuring civil materials, finishes, and works are procured on time, within budget, and to the technical and quality standards expected of a luxury hospitality development.
