<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Key Responsibilities</p><br> <p>Plan, manage, and supervise annual budget review engagements for Jointly Owned Properties (JOPs) in Dubai, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi.</p><br> <p>Review budgets submitted by Management Companies for compliance with RERA regulations and industry best practices.</p><br> <p>Evaluate budget assumptions, historical expenditure trends, procurement processes, and supporting documentation.</p><br> <p>Review utility cost allocations, reserve fund contributions, service contracts, and major expenditure items.</p><br> <p>Review budget review reports, observations, management comments, and supporting working papers.</p><br> <p>Manage submissions and correspondence through the Mollak system and address regulator queries where required.</p><br> <p>Liaise with clients throughout the engagement.</p><br> <p>Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.</p><br> <p>Allocate work within the team, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of engagements.</p><br> <p>Support business development initiatives by participating in client meetings and reviewing technical proposals where required.</p><br> <p>Keep up to date with changes in RERA regulations, service charge legislation, and industry practices.</p><br> <br> </div>
