فعّالة ومسيطرة على المخاطر، مما يجعل FAB معياراً للتميز في الخدمة. يلعب نائب الرئيس دوراً رئيسياً في تمكين جدول أعمال التحول بالبنك، مع التأكد من أن مبادرات هندسة خدمة العملاء تدعم أولويات استراتيجية في تجربة العملاء، الكفاءة التشغيلية، وإدارة المخاطر. سيقود نائب الرئيس تسليم أولويات الخدمة المعينة ويتحمل المسؤولية مع الأطراف الرئيسية لتقديم النتائج المتوقعة within boundaries الوقت المحدد سيقود نائب الرئيس مباشرة فريقاً صغيراً من 1–2 محلل. رغم أنه ليس مسؤولاً عن فريق كبير، إلا أن الدور يتطلب تأثيراً قوياً ومهارات تعاون لدفع مبادرات عبر وظائف متعددة والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية عبر خطوط <ul><li>التقرير المباشر لرئيس هندسة خدمة العملاء، يلعب نائب الرئيس لهندسة خدمة العملاء دوراً محورياً في قيادة التغيير من البداية للنهاية من خلال إعادة هندسة العمليات، الأتمتة، وتحسينات الكفاءة. سيقود عدة أولويات لخدمة العملاء، ويتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر وظائف مختلفة، ويضمن التنفيذ الناجح للمبادرات التي تتماشى مع أهداف البنك الاستراتيجية. إعادة تصور مسار الخدمة </li><li>قيادة إعادة تصميم مسارات خدمة العملاء لضمان أنها مركّزة على العميل، فعّالة، وآمنة من حيث المخاطر. دفع تحسينات العمليات من البداية للنهاية ومبادرات الأتمتة. تسليم الخدمة وإدارة الأداء </li><li>ضمان تسليم وتوسع خدمات المسارات المعاد تصميمها، وتنسيق فرق متعددة الوظائف.</li><li>مراقبة وتقرير التقدم في مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية عبر تجربة العملاء، القابلية للتوسع، والمخاطر. المشاركة مع أصحاب المصلحة وقيادة التغيير </li><li>التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين عبر مجالات العمل للوصول لتوافق حول أولويات الخدمة ودفع التغيير. تعزيز ثقافة التوريد السريع والمرن والمتكرر، وتبني الابتكار والمرونة والتحسين المستمر. الإلمام بإطارات إدارة التغيير (مثلاً ADKAR، Kotter) مرغوب. التحسين المستمر والابتكار </li><li>تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والابتكار، بما في ذلك تجربة AI وحلول الأتمتة. الإسهام في اعتماد أدوات منهجية، أفضل الممارسات، الابتكار، وضع كتب التشغيل، وأطر لتسليم الخدمة المتسق. التقارير والتواصل </li><li>تقديم تحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا وللمنتديات الحوكمة حول التقدم، المخاطر، والقرارات الرئيسية. الإعداد، الإسهام، وتقديم المواد لـ GCOO، ExCo-X و/أو اللجان التنفيذية الأخرى عند الطلب.</li><li>الإطارات، الحدود، وسلطة اتخاذ القرار المتطلبات / المؤهلات </li><li>سجل حافل في قيادة مبادرات التحول الناجحة، قيادة تحسين العمليات، وتحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس.</li><li>درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، إدارة العمليات، أو مجال ذو صلة.</li><li> خبرة لا تقل عن 10-15 عاماً في الخدمات المالية، استشارات خارجية وبقدر كبير من الخبرة في تحويل الأعمال، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، تحسين العمليات أو أتمتة الأنظمة، مع نصفها أو أكثر في أدوار تنفيذية و/أو استشارية. يفضّل / مفيد </li><li>شهادات مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP, Prince2)، تحسين العمليات (LEAN)، إدارة التغيير، Agile، AI وغيرها من المجالات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة.</li><li>درجة MBA أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة. المهارات </li><li>المرشح المثالي للمن Role لديه الكفاءات التالية:</li><li>القدرة القيادية المثبتة: خبرة قيادية في هندسة خدمة العملاء والتحول من البداية للنهاية ضمن الخدمات المالية و/أو مؤسسة متعددة الجنسيات كبيرة.</li><li>التعاون عبر وظائف: القدرة على التعاون بفعالية عبر الأقسام. مهارة في توجيه وجهات نظر متنوعة (الخط الأمامي، الرقمي، العمليات، إلخ)، تعزيز الملكية المشتركة، وتحقيق نتائج مدمجة من خلال التعاون والثقة. يمكنه إشراك عدة أصحاب مصلحة للوصول لأهداف مشتركة.</li><li>المهارات التحليلية: مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل ممتازة، مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات واستغلالها لقيادة فرص التحسين وتسريع اتخاذ القرار.</li><li>مهارات الاتصال: القدرة على نقل المفاهيم الرئيسية وبيانات المشكلة وحالات الفرصة لكسب موافقة أصحاب المصلحة عبر المؤسسة. مُبلغ جيد بوعي عالٍ بموقف أصحاب المصلحة، قادر على صياغة الرسائل وفق ذلك. قادر على بناء العلاقات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عند مستواه أو أعلى.</li><li>التركيز على النتائج والتسليم الفعّال: سجل موثق في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة من حيث تحسين أداء العمليات.</li><li>إدارة الفريق: كفاءة مثبتة في إدارة الأشخاص والفِرَق، سواء بشكلBAU أو مؤقت؛ في بيئات مرنة وتقليدية.</li><li>المعرفة المصرفية والتقنية: فهم جيد لقطاعات المصارف، المجال، المعرفة بالمنتجات والعمليات (الشركات، المستهلكين)، الامتثال التنظيمي، و اتجاهات الصناعة. الكفاءة في استخدام التكنولوجيا والحلول الرقمية لتعزيز العمليات.</li><li>شهادات مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP, Prince2)، تحسين العمليات (LEAN)، إدارة التغيير، Agile، AI
