About Dolphin Dolphin Oilfield Equipment Services is an Abu Dhabi (Mussafah) industrial services company serving ADNOC group companies, EGA, Borouge and other oil & gas, power and industrial clients across the UAE. We manufacture, service and retube heat exchangers, execute EPC-stage site works — structural, piping, equipment installation — and deliver shutdown and turnaround maintenance campaigns onshore and offshore.<br>The Role We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to own heat exchanger servicing and shutdown/turnaround execution: retubing, tube plugging, bundle repair, cleaning and testing in our Mussafah workshop, plus site campaigns — bundle pulls, on-site piping jobs and valve replacement — inside client turnaround windows, onshore and offshore.
