We are hiring for Quality Lab Technician in Liwa (UAE) Job Purpose The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for conducting laboratory testing and quality control inspections on sand products to ensure compliance with company & client requirements and speifications and industry standards. The role supports operational excellence by maintaining consistent product quality and reliable test results.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Laboratory Testing & Analysis Perform routine and specialized tests on sand samples (e.g., sieve analysis, grain size distribution, moisture content, turbidity, specific gravity). Conduct API/ISO standard testing relevant to oilfield sand (e.g., frac sand testing if applicable). Record and interpret test results accurately and promptly. Calibrate and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.2. Quality Control Monitor incoming raw materials and finished products for compliance with specifications. Identify and report deviations from quality standards. Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conforming materials. Assist in implementing quality control procedures and process improvements.3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate laboratory records, test logs, and reports.
