<li><span>Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed accurately, in compliance with company policies and applicable requirements, and within established timelines. </span></li>
<li><span>Manage employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, payroll, and benefits.</span></li>
<li><span>Support compensation reviews, salary administration, and the implementation of approved salary adjustments and compensation changes.</span></li>

Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
