<span>Please note: Candidates whose experience is limited to ticketing, flight reservations, or working as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency are unlikely to be suitable for this position.<br> Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.<br> A private Emirati family is seeking an experienced, well-traveled, and highly organized Private Travel Planner to curate exceptional travel experiences worldwide.<br> This is not a travel agency or ticketing role.<br> We are looking for someone with extensive personal travel experience who understands destinations from first-hand knowledge and can create unique, seamless, and luxurious travel experiences tailored to the family's preferences.<br> The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has visited a wide range of international destinations, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and can independently manage every aspect of travel planning with discretion and attention to detail.<br> Design and manage end-to-end travel experiences for family members, from concept to completion.<br> Create personalized travel itineraries based on the family's interests, travel style, and objectives.<br> Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and exclusive experiences based on first-hand knowledge and thorough research.<br> Coordinate flights (commercial and private when required), accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, chauffeurs, guides, and VIP services.<br> Arrange visas, travel insurance, permits, and all required travel documentation.<br> Prepare detailed travel books containing itineraries, reservations, emergency contacts, maps, restaurant recommendations, and daily schedules.<br> Continuously research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, seasonal experiences, and family-friendly activities worldwide.<br> Monitor travel advisories, weather conditions, local events, and destination-specific requirements.<br> Manage last-minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly.<br> Build strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, airlines, destination management companies, and premium service providers.<br> Coordinate with the family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless travel logistics.<br> Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements.<br> Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred.<br> Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.<br> Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, family office support, concierge services, or lifestyle management.<br> Experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations.<br> Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, cruise lines, exclusive resorts, and global tourist destinations.<br> Excellent knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations.<br> Excellent written and spoken English.<br> Arabic is an advantage.<br> Willingness to work flexible hours when required.<br> Preferred Background Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are highly preferred: Private Family Office VIP or UHNW families Executive Office Luxury Concierge Services Lifestyle Management Companies Luxury Hospitality Personal Assistant supporting frequent international travel Please note: Candidates whose experience is limited to ticketing, flight reservations, or working as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency are unlikely to be suitable for this position.<br></span> </div>

Maintain daily records of the contractor’s manpower, equipment, and site activities. Undertake site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Liaise and follow up daily with the contractor to ensure effective management of resources, health and safety, and equipment. Prepare daily reports for the RE or ARE, including work orders, materials delivery, and daily inspection activities. Follow up and implement site instructions issued by the RE or ARE. Apply and enforce all quality control and quality assurance procedures on site. Perform site measurements and surveying checks, including pipe alignments, levels, and elevations, as required. Coordinate and cooperate with the client project manager during inspections in the presence of the RE or ARE. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records. Assist RE and ARE in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and documentation in compliance with contract requirements. Identify site problems and work with the RE or ARE to resolve issues promptly. Monitor the start-up, commissioning, and handover of civil infrastructure works, maintaining records of project milestones. Maintain records of materials tests, inspection reports, and executed works. Conduct audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents and contractor-submitted plans. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) for deviations or deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions. Review Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical submittals from contractors and provide comments/recommendations to RE/ARE. Monitor the contractor’s progress against approved schedules and report delays or potential slippages. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (RTA, DM, DEWA, etc.) and assist with NOC submissions or inspections if required. Assist in coordination with other disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical) to ensure proper integration of civil works. Ensure that all site works are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, and report any violations immediately. Participate in site meetings, coordination sessions, and technical discussions with the contractor, RE, ARE, and client representatives. Conduct final inspections and punch list verification prior to project milestones or handover stages. <br>Qualifications<br> Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and supervision of roads and infrastructure with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE is mandatory In-depth knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations in the UAE. Strong familiarity with contract documents, detailed drawings, and project specifications. Job Summary<br><br> Call Handling: Answering inbound calls promptly, professionally, and following scripts or guidelines to provide information, handle complaints, or process orders. Customer Support & Resolution: Resolving issues, navigating customers through troubleshooting, processing returns, and offering, and, in some cases, providing product/service information. Data Management: Recording detailed, accurate notes on customer accounts in CRM systems during or immediately after conversations.
