<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Act as the company's approved Dubai Municipality G+1 Structural Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Manage Dubai Municipality approvals, inspections, and authority submissions.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve structural calculations, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, subcontractors, and government authorities.</p></li><li><p>Supervise fabrication and erection of structural steel works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Building Code, and project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Perform structural inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.</p></li><li><p>Review BOQs, project estimates, material specifications, and method statements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical reports, RFIs, inspection requests, and project documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate project schedules, manpower, procurement, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor QA/QC procedures and enforce HSE requirements on site.</p></li><li><p>Resolve structural and construction-related technical issues.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory: Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Steel Contracting Engineer License.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in structural steel construction and contracting.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval procedures and online submission systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience in villas, warehouses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, mezzanines, and structural steel projects.</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of UAE construction standards and authority regulations.</p></li></ul><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li><p>AutoCAD</p></li><li><p>Tekla Structures</p></li><li><p>STAAD.
