Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records, reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships.<br>Qualifications Proven track record selling travel insurance or travel-related products (ancillary, OTA retailing, airline distribution) — this is a must. Travel insurance sales experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Executive level: 2+ years in travel insurance / travel ancillary sales. Manager level: 5+ years with a demonstrable book of closed partnerships. Existing relationships within airlines, OTAs, insurance aggregators, brokers, or the travel trade in focused markets is strongly preferred.<br>Skills & competencies Fluent written and spoken English. Local language proficiency a strong advantage. Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a closing mindset. Deep understanding of the focused country travel distribution landscape. The role also involves regular reporting on channel performance, market feedback, and opportunities for product and process improvements. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic account development, including the ability to build and execute growth plans for broker portfolios. Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners, ideally within health insurance or broader financial services.
