<p>Finance
1. Disburse daily cash flow and oversee that all expenses are properly documented and accounted accordingly.
2. Prepares annual budget and forecast and reforecast.
3. Prepares monthly payables and see to it that all invoices are paid on time and payment to sub-contractors are paid accordingly.
4. Ensures that receivables are properly accounted and recorded and invoices are prepared and recorded accordingly.
5. Prepares the monthly accounting reports for finance Trail Balance, General Ledger and cash flow disbursement to be submitted to CPG Dubai finance.

Human Resource
1. Perform duties as directed in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures.
2. Assumes full responsibility in maintaining and updating employee’s database, coordinates with HR head office on all various HR related issues when needed.
3. Maintain records on various leave applications, ticket booking entitlement and other related issues when needed.
4. Coordinates and process various requirements of staff if needed like preparing letters needed in processing their requirement for various issues, prepares certification letters for different issues when needed.
5. Prepares documents needed in processing staff residence visa and assist to apply for visit visas of needed.
6. Acts as PRO and Assist staff in immigration matters to prepare documents for renewal of visas, renewal of membership and all other matters.
7. Keeps confidential records of employees.
8. Assist employees on other requirements when needed.
IT
Assist supervisor in:
1. Troubleshooting of Information Technology (IT) issues when necessary.
2. Procurement of hardware and softwares.
3. Coordinate with head office IT Department for support if need arises.
4. Assist users on all IT related issues.
As General Office Administrator
1. Takes charge of company front desk (reception).
2. Receives incoming calls and courier/deliveries.
3. Provide document control support to projects and office operations.
4. Monitors office supplies and staff movement
5. Monthly meeting to discuss Admin HR Accounts updates.
6. Visit Government office and any offices if required for submissions/ renewals/ enquiries
7. All other relevant matters that needs to be attended.</p><p>Job Requirement
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE admin / HR / PRO coordination experience.
• Experience in visa processing, labour documentation, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and employee file management is strongly preferred.
• Experience in design consultancy company environment will be an advantage.
Required Skills

• Witness and review field/lab tests: SPT/CPT, plate load tests, density/Proctor, permeability, Atterberg limits, consolidation, triaxial/UU/CU/CD, and aggregate compliance.<br>

Has a Sub- tropical, arid climate.<br><br>Commis 3<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br>Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages; return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables; assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
