About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager to join Human Capital team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify workforce needs, building talent pipelines, utilizing sourcing strategies, and managing recruitment platforms and the applicant tracking system to attract top talent efficiently. Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including documentation, system access, orientation programs, cultural alignment, and monitoring probationary reviews with timely feedback. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You will be predominantly responsible for contract management of new / existing accounts and also take initiative of new business development.
