<h4>What you will do:</h4>

<li>Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations.</li>

Directs the preparation of management and project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and presentations in coordination with Business Planning & Management Reporting Team lead.</li> <li>Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of the project management team (Engineering, Construction, Quality, SHE&S).</li> <li>Guide the development and implementation of project procedures and systems related to contracts, project controls, procurement, information management and financial reporting/accounting.</li> <li>Conduct briefing sessions for project team members with respect to project services requirements and processes with special focus on Safety.</li> <li>Lead the risk management process for the team and ensure that the project issues / risk register up to date.</li></ul><p><i><strong>EPC contractor</strong></i></p><br><ul> <li>Ensure that the EPC contractor's activities with respect to project cost, schedule, contract, procurement, and information management are being managed per Company's guidelines and contract requirements, and provide advice as necessary to make certain ADNOC Offshore’s and the Project’s objectives are achieved.</li> <li>Ensure that the EPC contractor's organization is fully aware of, and accepts, the guidance offered by Company's project services professionals.</li></ul><p><i><strong>Cost, schedule, and controls</strong></i></p><br><ul> <li>Finalize the cost and schedule estimate confidence package. Ensures project risks / issues are properly weighted in.</li> <li>Provide pointed cost and schedule information to support decisions by the project team; develop and discuss project periodic cost and schedule reports with IPMT.</li> <li>Provide advice on cost and schedule impact of changes, modifications or alternates by keeping abreast of engineering, procurement and construction activities.</li> <li>Monitors and coordinates reporting of cost and schedule impact of changes. And ensures the accounting systems are in line with audit requirements.</li> <li>Directs and monitors all financial reporting for the project including accrual reports, cash calls and the reconciliation of ADNOC Offshore systems with project reporting. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong Corporate Services Provider (CSP) background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing end-to-end HR operations within a CSP, business setup, corporate services, or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of UAE employment practices and HR compliance<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management. Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records. Handle visa, work permit, insurance, and other employee documentation. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements. Support employee performance, training, development, and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management. Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.<br>Requirements:6+ years of HR experience, preferably within a CSP, corporate services, business setup, or similar professional services company. Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices. Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination. Experience managing HR processes for a diverse workforce. Strong knowledge of employee documentation, visa processes, and HR compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and are open to working in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
