We are growing our production team and looking for a hands-on Bottling Line Operator for our glass bottle filling line. What you'll do Operate the glass bottle filling line for carbonated product (rinser, filler, crowner/capper, labeller) Monitor line performance: fill levels, carbonation, crown/cap seal quality, label application Carry out cleaning and sanitation (CIP) and maintain strict hygiene standards across the line Perform changeovers and routine adjustments Identify the cause of minor stoppages, jams, or faults and resolve them on the spot where possible; escalate larger issues to maintenance Keep production and quality records during the shift What we're looking for Hands-on experience as an operator on any filling/bottling line (beverage industry preferred; glass and carbonated product experience is a strong plus) Solid understanding of how a filling line works as a system — not just one station Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene principles (CIP, GMP) Technical mindset: able to diagnose why the line stopped and fix minor issues independently Basic English (enough to follow work instructions and safety procedures) Attention to detail, discipline, and readiness to work in shifts What we offer Competitive salary Comfortable company accommodation close to the factory Employment visa and medical insurance Stable position in a growing UAE-made brand
